BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

BOOKING DEPOSIT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service balance & is collected automatically when you schedule online. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. The deposit exists to protect that.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
I require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all cancellations & rescheduling requests.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions.
NO CALL NO SHOW
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Future bookings may require payment in full at the time of scheduling.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please reach out as soon as you know you are running behind. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or a voided appointment to protect the experience of clients scheduled after you. The full service amount will still apply regardless of time adjustment.

A SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping
Paraluman Esthetics ships all retail orders directly from our studio in Hickory, NC. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
We take great care in curating the products available in our shop and stand behind everything we carry. If you have questions about whether a product is right for your skin before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out — we're happy to help you choose the best option for your skin concerns and goals.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details. We will make it right.
